Wahren Printed Blister Foils
Printed Blister Foils are manufactured by Wahren. These foils are specially designed for pharmaceutical blister packaging and are produced using high-quality aluminium foil coated with heat-sealable lacquer and pharmaceutical-grade printing inks.
The foils provide excellent barrier protection against moisture, light, oxygen, and contamination. Advanced rotogravure printing technology ensures clear, high-quality printing for product information, branding, and regulatory details, while maintaining strong sealing performance with PVC, PVDC, and other blister films.
Applications
Printed Blister Foils are widely used in pharmaceutical blister packaging for sealing blister cavities containing tablets, capsules, and other solid dosage forms. The foil is sealed to the formed blister film to protect the product and maintain its stability throughout its shelf life.
